THE FIRST PERIOD (1991-1999)

1991	AVC was set up in Taipei and started to establish the foundation of cooler and fan.
1992	Taipei factory and RD lab were set up, introducing series of experimental and testing equipments including temperature and humidity chamber , thermal test platform and thermal shocker, etc. In the same year we are certificated by ISO 9001 and ISO14001
1995	As a result of its technique getting ripe and scope getting expanded, AVC set up the second manufacturing station, the largest one in scale, in Kaohsiung, to where the headquarter of the company moved, therefore the strategically development plan was accomplished by and large.
1999	AVC supplied INTEL the service of whole course in the field of cooler and fan and got the Best Cooperation Award from Intel Asia

THE SECOND PERIOD (2000-2001）

2000

AVC directorate was restructured first time. We took the lead in implementing the strategy of heat pipe and in Taipei set up the heat pipe factory and N/B thermal module factory, which are both certificated by ISO 9001 and ISO14001. As the production of heat pipe and N/B thermal module was carried out , we began to advance upon the international market. August 7 th, AVC brand was registered successfully.

The revenues in that year broke the amount of 1.5 billion for the first time.

2001

Feb 22 nd, AVC was set up, with the registration capital of 8 million US dollars. At the same time, Shenzhen manufacturing station and large-scaled RD laboratory were established. The plant occupied an area of 25,000 M2 and possessed about 2700 employees. It is certificated by ISO 9004 as well. Therefore we started to advance upon the mainland market.

In this year AVC ranked Top 353 manufacturer in Taiwan and became the number one CPU cooler supplier. Under great cooperation with customers, our cooler and fan received the prize of Golden Award from China Quality Association, GiGa-byte The Best Partner Award, and continue to hold the title of Best Cooperation Award from Intel Asia.

THE THIRD PERIOD (2002-2005)

2002	In order to both develop the mainland market and meet the need of foreign market, Shanghai and Suzhou factory were set up. AVC went public successfully in Taiwan, being the first company sold its share on the stock exchange in the world in cooler manufacture industry. Global purchase strategic centre was sited this year. The sales volume got a breakthrough of 0.1 billion USD, and the company ranked top 281manufacture in Taiwan. Chassis and computer-related products are brought into manufacturing range. received the Intel FMB2 Solation certification, and continued to received the prize of INTEL until now.
2003	In order to meet the requirement of the strategy of chassis, AVC combined Macetech (Dongguan) factory and operated as a whole. The products cooler and fan entered the DIY market formally and got a 15% share in DIY markets though the excellent behavior of C86.
2004	To fill the requirement of the international business, Datech and Jalink was absorbed by AVC, so the global DC fan strategy was launched. The cooler sales reached a rate of 35% in global market and the revenues reached 230 million USD. The company ranked top255 manufacture in Taiwan.
2005	Shenzhen new factory , the mainland headquarter, was brought into operation. The new factory occupied an area of 120,000 M2 and owned 4000 employees. The business in the mainland grows rapidly. In this year we received SEB Excellent Supplier Award from Lenovo in 2005 AVC ranked top 249 manufacture in Taiwan due to the development of international business. The members of key RD team were expanded to more than 270 as well.
